Chesty Morgan's film career began again in the 1990's. In 1994, filmmaker John Waters used footage of Chesty from the film Double Agent 73 in his 1994 film Serial Mom. Additionally, Waters wrote a role for Chesty in his (never made) sequel to Pink Flamingos (Flamingos Forever).
In 1973, Doris cast Chesty Morgan in the role of Krystal in the sexploitation film Deadly Weapons - which was a worldwide cult success. In 1974, after having one bout of success with Chesty, Doris again sought her to portray the powerful, yet poignant sleuth in the film Double Agent 73.
In 1973, Chesty (aka Zsa Zsa) was discovered by Doris Wishman and cast in the role of Krystal in the film Deadly Weapons. Following the smashing success of Deadly Weapons, Chesty was again approached by Doris in 1974 to be in another film - this time portraying the tough, yet tender secret agent, Jane Genet, in the blockbuster Double Agent 73.
In 1976, Chesty was hired by none other than famed Italian director Frederico Fellini (8 1/2, Satyricon) to portray Barberina, a woman with very large breasts, in his film Casanova. Chesty's appearance in the film is very brief.

This effort included the digital sampling of almost every utterance of dialogue from Chesty's films, multiple web sites, a world-wide pamphlet distribution campaign that sought to familiarize the world with Chesty's magic, a global search for Chesty's whereabouts today, music videos that used Chesty's film footage, and finally the controversial disclosure of Chesty's secret career -- which was hidden from the public as the result of the superstar's unfortunate social affiliations in the 1970's.

Deadly Weapons is a 1974 movie sexploitation melodrama directed by Doris Wishman, starring striptease performer Chesty Morgan. The film is based on a story conceived by Judith Kushner, Wishman's niece, and features porn star Harry Reems in a non-sexual role. This is the first of two films Wishman made with Chesty Morgan, famous for her 73 inch bust. The second of the two features is Double Agent 73, a spy thriller. Chesty Morgan (billed in the credits as "Zsa Zsa"), plays Crystal, an advertising executive who tracks down the mobsters who killed her boyfriend. Kushner (Wishman's niece). This is the second of the two films that Doris Wishman made with Chesty Morgan, who plays Jane Tennay, a secret agent. Her agency wants her to assassinate, one by one, an organized crew of low grade heroin pushers. In order for her to prove her killings, they plant a tiny camera in her big left breast. Each time she needs a photo taken, she takes off her shirt and clicks over her left breast. Unlike Deadly Weapons, there's no smothering and only one death sequence involves her monstrous breasts. In it, she ambushes and ties up a guy's girlfriend in their bathroom. She then rubs poison over her own breasts and climbs into the guy's bed. Even though the light is on and disregarding the huge difference in breasts' size, the sleepy guy thinks it's his girlfriend. He starts kissing her big breasts and soon after dies from the poison. It turns out the agency planted a time triggered bomb inside the camera, as an insurance policy in case she is captured. Just in the nick of time Jane has all the photos she needed and is rushed to the hospital. The camera is removed and the photos reveal Jane's love interest is the head criminal. When they meet up, he confesses and asks her to marry him. Jane responds by shooting him to death and proceeding to her next mission.
